BayKey AI (“BayKey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a real-estate technology platform that pairs an AI-assisted buyer workflow with licensed human professionals. Real estate services are brokered by Private Real Estate Services INC. Mauricio Cesar Nunes-Marques, CA DRE # 02238838. Mortgage brokerage services are provided by Norcal Capital Group, INC. Wayne Chia, NMLS # 235157.
BayKey is free to buyers. We earn a buyer’s-agent commission paid by the seller at close, and a referral fee paid by the lender, both of which are fully disclosed at closing.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after notice of a change constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. The platform is available to prospective home buyers in the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area.
Access is by invitation and agent review. Creating an account does not guarantee an active representation relationship. Your agent reviews every buyer profile before onboarding begins.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it promptly if it changes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent conduct, or inactivity.
Once your agent clears you to begin, a Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement (CAR Form BRBC) will be presented for your review and signature before any offer is submitted. That agreement governs the representation relationship; these Terms govern use of the platform.
BayKey AI fully complies with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable California fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income, or any other protected class.
The platform does not collect, store, or use any protected-class information in search, matching, or analysis.
All platform content, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to BayKey. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute platform content without written permission.
You grant BayKey a limited license to use data you upload (documents, property notes, etc.) solely to provide the services described herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BayKey’s liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the greater of $100 or amounts you paid to BayKey in the preceding 12 months (which, for buyers, is $0).
We are not liable for losses arising from: market conditions, third-party data errors, AI analysis inaccuracies, lender decisions, or events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts of San Mateo County, California.
